Phyllis was taken to Oakland County Animal Care Center after her family could no longer care for her. She is quite vocal when she wants attention, she's not fond of being picked and will let you know that by grumbling but she has never once tried to swat or bite any of the volunteers when they have picked her up. Phyllis does love to be petted and brushed, this girl enjoys laying on the top perch of the kitty tree house and letting the volunteers groom her for long periods o time, she does shed quite a bit so regular grooming is amust plus it's a great way to bond with her. Phyllis has little fangs, it's so cute! She enjoys playing with her dangler toy from time to time but mainly enjoys just watching what's going on around her, she is affectionate and would probably make a great lap cat once she gets to know you- I can see her enjoying being in a home where she can have a spot in the window to look out and watch the birds. Phyllis tolorates other cats but would be happiest in a home where she was a solo pet.
